Overview
Goeree-Overflakkee is a coastal municipality facing the North Sea, Haringvliet and Grevelingen. Current work addresses coastal sedimentation, erosion and water safety, including a regional long-term vision for the Haringvliet mouth that seeks to allow natural processes while supporting nature, recreation and the local economy.
