Overview
Malmö has a 43-kilometre coastline and extensive marine waters in the sensitive Öresund. The city works to improve water quality, biodiversity and climate resilience, including participation in mussel cultivation projects designed to help create a cleaner Öresund and new work on marine nature-based solutions.
