KIMO UK Constitution

The KIMO UK Constitution defines the organisation’s purpose, membership criteria, governance arrangements, board responsibilities, financial procedures and rules for membership, dissolution and constitutional amendments. It explains KIMO UK’s relationship with KIMO International, outlines the roles of member authorities, delegates, the UK Board, Chairman, Vice Chairman and UK Co-ordinator, and establishes how the organisation operates and makes decisions. Adopted in November 2019, it provides the formal framework governing KIMO UK’s activities and administration.
